FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Register with your name and phone. You'll get a booking code — use it with your phone number to look up your booking any time.
How do I pay?
After registering you'll see our account details and a QR code. Copy the account into any banking app and transfer, then enter the last 5 digits of your account so we can match it.
How long is my spot held?
48 hours (or until that session's registration deadline, whichever is first). Unpaid spots are released automatically to the waitlist.
Where are the events held?
Each event has its own venue — see “Location” on the event page and tap “Open map” for directions.
What if it's full?
Join the waitlist. When a spot opens up we'll offer it in order and notify you on LINE.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the event. Within 3 days we can't refund, but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
